clean hotel design free lockers first floor dark room zero privacy
i found the hotel to be very clean (i appreciate that). the room design was nice. the check-in was uncomplicated. they provided free lockers to store my bags at check-in and check-out.
my room was on the first floor. i could hear everyone passing by the lockers. the room was dark with no real windows (a bit of a downer). it opened into an indoor corridor, so there was zero privacy.

helpful staff modern room useful locker
the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was modern. The hotel also offered a luggage locker with a code system, it was very useful after checkout. I found complimentary coffee, tea, and biscuits in the room.
my room did not have a real window, it opened into an indoor corridor. this meant there was no privacy and i had to keep the curtains closed.

Decent Stay with a Couple of Issues

The room was recently decorated and quite modern. I found the location really convenient with easy access to the city center. A shop is just opposite the building. I also appreciated the many breakfast spots nearby.
The room faced into the courtyard on floor one and there was plenty of light, but it was next to the lockers. I could hear everyone passing by. The room was very dark with no real windows.

modern room clean room keypad entry
The room was modern and very clean. I especially liked the keypad door entry, as it felt very secure. It was helpful to have free lockers to use after checkout (I appreciate that feature!).
My room had no window, not ideal.

The hotel is close to cafes and shops (there is a supermarket across the road!). It is situated just outside the historic center, with easy access to many attractions. This makes exploring the area convenient and enjoyable.

i found the hotel REALLY nice and neat. i appreciated the free lockers, which allowed me to store my luggage securely after check-out. the hotel design matched the pictures perfectly.

missing items staff apathy
The hotel offered lockers, which seemed handy for storing luggage after check-out. Upon returning to collect my belongings, I discovered my bag had been opened and items were missing. I found this lack of concern disheartening.
